What is that on Tony's trunk? It looks like... something-Built.

^ It's a sticker that says jtranbuilt - I put it on at the Mayday Garage RiceBowl show I went to right after getting the car back to rep Jtran Motorsports. I planned to take it off after I have had a chance to detail the car properly, but now that it is back on daily duty (a tree fell on my wife's QX60!) I have been too lazy to wash and do a complete detail. Maybe this weekend I will have time to pull the porter cable out.

From Cars & Coffee last month - you can see how off center/crooked it is and why I want to take it off and reapply a new one.

Being crooked... nothing wrong with that. It's script, and can be considered part of the whole design.

Being so obviously off-center, however... that's not right. Definitely need to fix that.

I really, really like that signature decal. Wish there were something similarly creative that could apply to a bolt-on car, but I'm drawing a blank.

I agree. The script lends itself to being crooked, but the off center would bug the hell out of me. I do like the look of it. Having the black obsidian, I don't think a white script (or other color) thing would look good on my car. I think the black script on your white debadged car looks awesome though.

^ Yeah I still haven't had time to detail/remove/reapply it, but my wife should be getting her car back this week and I will slowly start the process.

I have no love for plastidip, but I also can't deny how good that looks in this pic. Well done, Ipp391.

LOL well thanks man. TBH, I am not a plastidip guy myself (only time I've used it) but I must say, I painted this on last August, went threw one of worst winters in years, and this thing still looks excellent. Oh, did I mention it cost under $10?

Looks like you did a nice job on that one. Plastidip has some great features such as price, ease of install & removal, and as seen here can look very nice in the right places.
Well done
