Is everyone's MPG reading as accurate as mine?

Two fill-ups, and both times within 0.2 MPG of actual... One high and once low. I'm not used to this. I've been driving BMW's for a long time and they are ALWAYS about 10% optimistic. I like actually trusting my car!

I've only had to fill up about 4 times since getting the car, mostly when it's about 1/2 empty so not sure if that might impact accuracy. It's not bad...the reading is about 5% more optimistic than actual.

I pretty much get accurate numbers. I get about 355mpg per tank of 18 gallons which is roughly 20mpg and on my navi screen says I get about 20.4 which was reset when filled. I think it's very accurate than any other cars I've owned. My 06 Armada is off about 5-10% of the time from actual mpg

Lol... I actually got 369 miles on my last tank averaging 21.1 mpg. Not bad at all. My Oct. to date average is 19.9mpg averaging 28 mph. This car isn't as bad on gas as some people make it seem.

Honestly I push the car in every corner I can find but if I drive nicely which I did for only one week I got around 24mpg 40 city 60hwy. The car is very gas friendly if you are nice with your right foot.

My car was close to 18mpg when it was in break in period. On highway down to Florida...i got 430 miles for the tank (95% Hwy)...mostly cruising and occasional stops.

Now 18mpg improved to 19.7mpg for my weekly driving. I just crossed 3000 miles. I feel it might cross 20mpg soon

I am hoping it will improve after the break-in period as well. I have a G25x and just hit 1000 miles. Granted it's winter and I'm driving probably 75% city, but so far I am barely getting over 18mpg - which is much worse than a lot of G37 MPGs I've been seeing.

Ya the fuel system gets better as the car breaks in approaches and also when there's more mikes in the car as everything gets eased up and the fuel system is more easy on the gas compared to new. Its like the beginning of the relationship. You have sex 2 times a day and 2 years later maybe 2 times a week. Lol idk why i said that but just an example i could think of

I drive a lot of freeway, but some city, and on my last tank I got 22.7 (the MPG read 22.5 on the car). I'm still breaking in, so I'm being easy on the gas pedal, but even then, I'm pretty cool with that.

The only problem with waiting to fill it up is the shock associated with seeing $55.00+ as opposed to seeing two charges of 34 which seem to be easier to digest. I get 21-23 right now, almost 3K. Going to switch over to synthetic at 3.5K
