I'd say "Ok whatever man." Although I can't imagine being in a situation where I'd be around people who cared so much about what I drive. Also lol at the (sic).

I agree. IMO most of this thread is about “my choice is better than yours,” ignoring that it’s a personal preference. And please excuse the (sic). I’m a chronic spelling freak.

1. The view of vision seemed bad, i felt i was sunked into the seat.
2. Intended to drive family/friends around or road trips.
3. Thought coupe only came with sports tires.
4. Slow moving seats.

The only downside with the sedan is that the rear seats do not fold for those ocasional trips to ikea

Because I wanted the Audi S4 Sedan, but I could get the G Sedan for about $15,000 less comparably equiped. Plus I have a 20 month old.

It hands down looks better than the coupe to me stock. looks more like a luxury car than the coupe but with the 2010 minor facelift it looks like it can play along. I usually go with design over performance (hence my '07 328coupe) but it just so happens that its also faster than coupe, roomier, and 8 out of 10 Gs I see are riced out coupes. Respect to the coupes tho I'm jealous at the number of mods available for them.

The modded coupes on here are hot!!! But sooooo many people have them. I couldnt tell you how many Sorostitutes in college drove them around after begging daddy.

I got the sedan because I feel it is way more luxury with still the same great amount of sport.

What are your reasons???
1. I could get prem/nav + tech on sedan same price as coupe without
2. Coupe's trunk is miniscule
3. Coupe insurance is more

How do you take your coupe in to Discount Tire or Tire Rack and have them mount your snow tires and bring home your summer tires?

Coupe has fold down seats where the sedan doesn't...evens out in the end I think. One tire in the trunk, 2 in the back seat, and 1 on the front passenger seat. Did it with my '04 coupe.

Nissan/Infiniti is the only Japanese automaker in America, i think, that really has a clue on how to make a performance line of cars with appealing style and feature sets. With that said, i had an 06 Mustang GT, modded out this world, and was about to supercharge it. My wife and i just got married last year and gave birth to our first born this December. Much to my dismay, and I tried, but the mustang would not mount the carseat comfortably in the middle of the back. I had tons of trunk space but the opening was too small to get our travel system stroller into it. Sadly I had to part with it.

I looked at EVERYTHING from a 335i to the Pontiac G8 GXP to an Acura TL. The 335i was a monster performer but boring on the inside. The G8 had all the muscle i needed and one of the sexiest looking modern cars to date, but Pontiac going under scared me. The TL was truly my last resort and while very tech rich, I just couldn't see myself getting into that tank everyday.

I test drove the G sedan and almost instantly fell in love. It had power, it had tech, it had styling, and the customer service was head and shoulders above everyone else. I was able to get the carseat in the back, the stroller and other goodies in the trunk, and a quiet enough ride to bring the baby and wife while still having the power i crave. No offense to G coupe owners but if I could still effectively drive a coupe now, the G coupe would not be in the runnings. I would be right back in a mustang, particularly the new 5.0.

My dad tried talking me into waiting for the new 5.0 when I told him I was car shopping. He flew into Houston 2 days ago and has driven my car more than I have!!! He now wants to go back to Massachusetts and buy an X!!!!

I own a perfectly modified 04 6 speed that I will never give up, so logically my next car will be a G37 sedan.

I agree with many others that say the coupe just doesn't look right--it's the flat hips coming off the trunk in the rear that I hate. The whole car just doesn't flow right like the previous model, or the sedan for that matter. I was nervous when the 37 coupe came out that I was going to "have to have one", but in the end I would MUCH rather keep my 04 and then get a sedan as well.

The wheels on the sedan leave a lot to be desired, but overall I think it is far more attractive than the coupe.

Because a car with 2 doors is half the car, imo. Very unpractical for anyone but single bachelors.

Thanks! You're probably the first one who seems to agree with me on this, at least in this topic.

JZ39 is the second one .

Man, can I make my own G coupe: '10 drive drain + '10 interior + '06 body.

Agree on everything except for "customer service was head and shoulders above everyone else". It probably depends on individual dealerships but overall, it's a bit better than average IMO.

equal or better performance, more practical, cheaper price. it's a no-brainer.
