elJoker? How many have sold so far at your dealership?
The local dealership had 2 Q60s that are no longer on the lot. i am assuming they are sold. There was just one there this morning in a different color than the ones prior.

But I am guessing most on this board are waiting on the RS

I think you should run premium on all the turbos personally.

We loan out cars from the lot sometimes depending on the customer. In Kahbooms place we would as long as we have at least 1 more on the lot.

Glad you like it Kahboom. You are right, its the every day drive that makes a difference.

I went and looked at some 3.0T's last night and there was one parked on a stand. The cats and y-pipe diameters are tiny, like maybe 2"! There's some easy HP available in the exhaust upgrades alone.

that's a lot of surface rust on a brand new car ... and its not even winter.

Yeah Fast Intentions has gotten some power out of CBE and lower down pipes. With upper down pipes, intake and a tune, they should be ablw to squeeze some good power.

I'm going to go take some closer pictures of the cats and turbos tonight if possible. I was in a suit last night and didn't wanna scuff it up.

Today I am driving it like I would drive my own coupe in my regular commute (semi-spirited). This is where this platform shines. The balance between ride and handling far exceeds the previous platform in everyday driving situations. The power delivery is awesome. There is far less body movement than in my coupe over uneven road surfaces and directional changes. The cornering is also flatter. If the Q60 RS400 excludes run-flat tires and the issue with hooking up off the line is thus fixed, it will be one heck of a drive.
So you are saying that Red Sport is best when it is not driven "sporty".

If one is not going to drive it in a "spirited" manner why would he choose this over a regular 3.0T S ?

What Infiniti trying to do here is to justify the high prices with increased HP. When someone says "I can get a 440iM for the same price" they will reply by saying "but we have 400HP". On a straight road 0.2 secs faster otherwise slower.

They should put more enphasis on their Hybrid. It is already pretty quick it just needs to be more sporty. I definitely would trade 0.4 secs 0-60 time for 15+ mpg.

It seems that this engine will be fairly easy to get some nice gains in hp/tq!

Kinda yes... I should probably specify that full details of my initial test-drive could probably not be posted via the rules of this forum lol.
At the track- this is not the car you'd want unless modified. Day-to-day on the streets, I think most would be very happy with it.
The more I've driven it over the weekend however, I am feeling like the tranny is holding this engine back from its full potential in addition to the run-flats.
Interestingly however I haven't missed the lack of an LSD. I still can't produce inside wheel spin for more than a split second.

Go into the Drive mode selector settings and turn off the active trace control. And see of that helps.
