Took me a little while, and the amount of work and customization that went into these was pretty extensive since my headlights are AFS, which for those don't know, is the option where the actual projector moves when the steering wheel is turned. Anyways, here's my setup, for the housing I went with BMW Frozen Metallic Grey which is mostly found on their new body M6. Ran with the Frozen grey for the fog/city light reflector as well. Went with a darker metallic grey called Mica Metallic Graphite for the turn signal reflector as well as the fog light nose cone. Also did an eyebrow in the Mica Graphite, which is subtle and hard to see in pictures, but I think it gave a nice touch. Finally 3M Scotchprint 1080 carbon fiber wrapped side reflector that I installed 3 amber LEDs in. I modded my headlights before and had it fully wrapped and really missed my side marker for some reason, so I made sure I did something about that. Think I fixed it lol. Finally we had the Porsche Panamera shroud. There's been 3 or 4 that 180 has done, all featuring the quad LED, so I wanted to change it up and run a full ring/halo. Ran one of the best halos in the business, the XB LED ring. Very very bright and suppose to be very very reliable. Enough about the specs... Here's some pics... I'll get more up soon when I get some good pictures of them on the car. Oh and also have the TSX-R lens swap. Which man, what a difference, which I had from when I previously did my headlights, but I pulled them apart again and added shims to space out the lens.. The difference is unreal.

Way to make those lights unique and really sharp. Like the side marker LED touch along w/ the whole look of the new shroud/halo combo. BTW, how much did you space your TSX's in mm? I have the STiRs on my Sedan and only spaced them about twice the OEM thickness (just a thicker cardboard cutout), didn't want to use the supplied metal ring spacer as the lens didn't seem real secure w/ that spacer snugged down. If I open them up again I'd like to add a bit more lens spacing to sharpen the cutoff a bit more and increase the blue edge flicker. Your cutoff looks razor sharp!

Thanks a lot man, as far as spacer width, I'm not entirely sure. The shims that come for the TSXr lens are not metal, the best way to describe them would be like laminated construction paper. I used 2 of them and the outter diameter is slightly too large to fit in perfectly, so the require very very fine trimming. Not too sure on mm thickness though, I do know it's not much since they're pretty thin.

Thanks man, I'd like for there to be a bit more blue hue on the cutoff itself, there is some, but not a lot. The cut off and focus is incredible though. Ditching the fresnal lens and spacing it out is wayyyy better than OEM. Using OEM Phillips 4300K. Do plan on going with a 6000k fairly soon though.

have you ever thought of putting another projector instead of the factory one? i heard fx projectors fit in the housing that allows you to keep bi-xenon and afs.
