Quality premium paint (Removing bumpers, other parts.. sanding etc etc) will run you around 4500-5k.
Cheap paint, poorly done.. parts not removed = 800$

Not worth doing IMO it won't be perfect.

Get onto the hwy, speed up and cut some guy off while at the same time, slamming on your brakes. Car behind slams into you, their fault=0 cost to you. Car is totalled from behind=fix+new paint job (any bodyshop will work with you on this)

Red to white is probably one of the toughest to pull off. I would say $4K or more to do it right. But like a few said you may be better just trading in.

If I were going to wrap it, white wouldn't be the first choice.
