Hey Koelzmod,
Thanks for the information. I will go the wall mount route. I plan on going with the Tanabe NF210 springs. Thanks everyone for caring! I promise I won't hurt the car!!! :bowrofl: |
You can do the rear springs yourself. They don't require a spring compressor. And it's only one bolt to take out.

As someone else mentioned, I also did my Eibach ProKit on my 07 coupe (which I traded in), but that should be quite similar to the 08 G37's and forward.
I used a spring compressor from Advance Autoparts which I then returned for a full refund - someone mentioned this as well. The rears are cake; the fronts, on the other hand, will require for you to have at least another person if you expect the process to go smooth. If you're mechanically inclined, do it yourself. But if you're in doubt, have a shop do it for you. |
Yeah i did mine myself, but it wasn't the first time. Just take all the precautions, never overlook any safety steps, and it isn't that hard. This would be the third time ive done it now.
Having air tools helps with a lot also. |
Air tools definitely. :JAMIN:
