it's not true that cops won't give chase if u can do after than 250km/h....they will chase u until your caught! It's only Japan where they won't chase you if you do faster than 180km/h...

if that guy gets a good lawyer, he can get away with the demerits, but he'll still need to pay a fine...

i got a friend who got caught doing 290+km/h (he said just shy of 300km/h)....he ended up paying a $18,000 fine but no demerits taken off...insurance didn't even go up

Ok. Who is the wise guy? Show yourself. Hehe. At least we know G37S could go beyond 250km if a G35 can do it.

the highest i did on a public road was 153mph (or I don't know if it was 143mph).. only once though.. i doubt i'll attempt again. the consequences for getting caught will be catastrophic and it's definitely not worth a moment of thrill.

^ i'm 5AT... I did 143mph then.. thats why i wasn't sure.. i know it wouldn't go any faster.. the speedometer stucked around 143-145 so i lifted my foot off the pedal lol..

i did it on hwy 85 southbound.. that road is empty like hell after midnight.. rarely seen cops there too. but my b@LLs shrunk everytime i think of doing it again hahaha

i think 143-145 is max for the 5AT.. my speed held there for a good 5 seconds.. so i gave up..

and that was the most thrilling 5 secs of my life..

250 kph is nothing. The fastest speeding ticket ever given was 242 Mph to a guy driving a Koenigsegg cc8s somewhere in Texas. I think it might have been one of the guys doing the Gumball 3000.
