G37S - Anyone dropped in the GTA?

High guys...

Just wondering if anyone in the GTA has dropped their G37S????
& have their sport springs just kicking around.

Rumour has it that the sport springs are about 1/2" lower than the sedan sport springs on the front.
The stance is pretty crappy on the sedan,
& the G37S fronts might be a good solution for some of us that can't really consider a big drop on our DD.

I'd really appreciate hooking up with someone in the GTA.

Thanks...

I haven't dropped mine, mainly because all of my friends who have dropped their cars get pwnd by the roads/speed bumps/underground parking garages in Toronto – like serious bottom out pwnage.

Yeah...
That's why I'm just trying to level out the stance on my sedan.
The front gap is hideous, but I don't want to drop too much.

I'm planning to drop my G37S in the fall when summer comes around. I had about a 1.5" drop on my Celica and didn't have too many problems with bottoming out. I used to have a low front as well, I did have to angle into parking lots but the roads in Toronto weren't THAT bad that it bothered me.

Anyone know what the best springs are?

If I ever drop I'll probably get Tanabe... Eibach looks pretty decent on others' G here.

Front gap is hideous? I suppose it all depends on what you were driving before.

I think I have about a 2-3 finger gap space in the front and about the same in the back. (3-4 cm at most since I have fat fingers). That's fairly little gap for OEM. Take a look at how high an Altima or a Civic rides ... that is crazy gap!

Be careful with how low you wanna go ... it almost seems like it's a must to install camber kits (esp the rear) unless you want uneven tire wear. I don't think you can adjust the amount of toe / camber that much unless you buy a camber kit. Just a FYI ...

go for TEIN springs or coils..

Are eibachs bad if my ultimate intent is to acheive a safe drop?
