Introducing Myself At Last

Hello members of MyG37,

I have been a member since 2012 but I have mostly lurked, whenever I visited.

This is my first post.

I am looking to become more active in the community.

I have owned my 2009 G37 Sedan since it was new. I baby it like none other. Ive owned 7 cars at a pretty low age, but this is the one car I have always held onto, and I will not let go until its completely broken.

For now, its relegated to weekends only, as I DD a 14 Chevy Cruze Eco (a mistake purchase..I actually came from a 2013 FR-S manual to the Cruze). I know, I know.

Anyways, I am really hoping to join up with local southern california Infiniti/G meets and drives.

My car has just basic bolt-ons: Injen CAI (with washer fluid bottle sensor intact), Magnaflow mufflers with custom quad tips, Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs (lower than I thought it would be), Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 UHP tires, 18'' Satin Black Wheels.

I like the wheels and the look you have going. Look forward to more posts with what else you may have planned.

Glad you finally posted up, looking good there! Got some pics of the quad tips, and have you considered wrapping your window chrome in black?

Here's a DIY if you haven't seen it.

I'd love to hear what the thought process was on trading in the FR-S for the Cruze...

As we say in the Navy - You went full nuke on that decision...

The Sub-ota FR-S and BRZ look like they'd be really fun but incredibly uncomfortable past a certain point. Everything I've read said those motors are stupid strong though and their aftermarket is strong. Great looking car also. My mom used to have a CR-Z that I loved driving but anything over an hr spent in that thing and it felt as though you had been in an accident when you got out.
