Gas issue

Ok so my 2012 xs coupe was recently vandalized, my wheels and tires were stolen and they jacked a hole in my floorboard. Problem is now after getting it back after it runs for a bit it thinks it has no gas. I literally just put gas in and it dropped to empty and now it won't start thinking it has no gas. Any ideas what the issue could be? To note I have not found any leaks or anything.

I don't think so, it only happens below half a tank. I was able to confirm though from filling it that it does have a full tank. Maybe something with the pickup or siphon? Just trying to figure out what it is so I know what to have the stealership look at and replace, it'll still be covered under insurance though thank god.
