hi all , new member , 1st post , 1st infiniti , third Nissan for me , others were late '80's turbo z's in the early 90's .

now for the good stuff . the wife just bought a super clean , 21k mile , cpo '13 g37x premium option sedan . the g37 and m56 were the only cars that fit our requirements of somewhat sporty and engaging to drive , comfy , awd , not german , and ample power enough to not hate it .

will the rwd rear 8.5" 45 offset "duckfoot" rim fit all 4 corners with no clearance issues inboard or out ?

would most likely run a 245/45/18 or 255/45/18 all 4 corners , car will not be lowered ,any foreseen clearance issues with either tire on that wheel? I would prefer the larger tire .

will the centercaps from the oem "triple split five spokes" fit them as well ? I assume the lugs will also ?

looking for a bigger wheel for summer tires and the bride likes the look of them , I'm sure I won't like the weight of them.

the oem / orig 17's would get snows mounted and the new a/s kumho's the car was sold with would go on my sisters forester or the others sisters outback .

btw , I'm a Subaru nut and found it ironic that the g37 takes the same oil filter

tia

Welcome to the site Motorbike Mike, yes the 8.5" duckfeet all around will work just fine on your X w/ 245s all around, and the 255s would work as well.

Nah man. Quite a few other Infiniti sites have the same or similar price.

I also had my order refunded and canceled by Discount Infiniti Parts. I ordered from orderinfinitiparts.com and they reassured me that they were available to order. On top of that they were also cheaper at $308.32 shipped.

I was told they would arrive on Thursday

I've been following up with orderinfinitiparts.com and it looks like their initial order was to a DC Infiniti warehouse. They called them today to follow up and they did not have them in stock. He mentioned that these wheels are in high demand so he order them from a LA warehouse and said they would come on Thursday now.

Wow such a long wait on these. I hope at this point they don't come back like discountinfiniti did. Hoping these at least arrive at their warehouse soon. At that point I'll be confident I'll get them sometime this month

Dang that doesn't sound good. I also ordered from them but I haven't heard anything back in over a week.

My wheels were shipped today!

I am getting new tire pressure sensors also. What all in terms of parts will i need (seals, nuts, etc) and what a cheaper option to oem sensors? Maybe the oem supplier?

Received my wheels today and couldn't be happier. Also didn't realize that they were Rays.

One other thing to keep in mind. Since these are OEM Infiniti wheels you MUST use the mag-style lug nuts w/ washer, just in case you may be running aftermarket wheels at the moment and have forgotten that the OEM wheels use different lug nuts.

They have a 43 stamped on the back side where the wheels studs would go through. Also they indeed are 18x8.

Right now I have stock base 17's so I will be using those lug nuts.
