Outside Temp reading incorrectly

I have a 2011 Journey Sedan and the Outside Temp just started reading about 15-20 degrees lower than the actual tempurature (usually reads about 1-2 degrees higher than actual temp).

I'm hoping it's just the Ambient Temp Sensor that is going bad.

Anyone else have this problem?

My car's thermometer is never remotely reliable. It wildly swings up and down while driving. I don't even know why it's there... I ignore it.
