Also I'm thinking of going to a 255/35/19 tire from my 245/40/19, blnewt, see any issues with doing this?
255/40 would be better (and more comfortable), you'll be off about 1.18% w/ that size from OEM, the 255/35 will be about 2.58% which is pushing it a bit, but since you're running squared the speedometer error would probably be the only thing out of range.
That means the tpm sensors are not being detected. I don't run them on my winter set and it does that. You may not have any in those wheels or you are using tpm sensors that are not compatible for your year, if I recall, the 09 and earlier sensors do not work on 10+ and vice versa.
The guy I got them from had the 2013 sedan and he bought the wheels with tires and tpms from the dealer. Is there any concerns that I should have if the light just stays on?
I am running 245/40 all seasons now and i plan on moving them to the OEM coupe wheels to run in the winter then buy another set of summer tires for my work wheels

You'll just have to do it the old-school way and regularly check your tire pressure. Do you have your old sensors from your previous wheels? You can swap them into your new wheels if you want to go through having to remount & balance them

No issues, just make sure to check your pressure every now and then. You can buy sensors off ebay for cheap for an 09.
