D2 is probably the same Taiwanese junk. Either go German and get KW or Japanese and get Tein. I would not recommend anything else.

Don't mind the brand. They all install the same on a RWD G37.

If you think you can do what they did in the video, go on and try it. It took me 4 hrs to do mine. I am pretty OCD though.

The new style BC Racing do not have that clunking issue. Chances are you received an older model.

As for the D2, these are the most popular coilovers we sell for the G37. They are 36 way adjustable, huge range for height, and extremely comfortable.

Oh and no noise.
