(Help) Non-sport front rotor removal

I am in the middle of replacing rotors and pads and I cannot remove my front rotor. It is rusted and I have sprayed it down with dw40. Before I bring out the heavy artillery only to find out there might be a securing screw which I currently cannot see due to rust and wd40 runoff.

Does anyone know conclusively if there is a securing screw on the non-sport front rotors and decent technique vs. bull in the china shop(me)?

Thanks
