I have a G37 sedan Lowered on manzo springs, I’m looking for 20’ rims... will I run into problems with being lowered? And also what are the tire sizes I can fit on my car? ( Ex: 20x9 ) what’s the biggest I could go

Nope.

I got 20x9, 20x10.

Many have installed bigger.

It's all about the offset, width, and tire size.

On my lowered G I was running 20x8.5 +40 on 245/35/20s front and 20x10 +45 running 295/30/20 rear, just tucked into the fender edge in back at in-spec camber.
