Any drawback to wider tires?
Just bought this used 2008 G37s 5AT and someone has put 275/35/19 Nitto's on the rear. Is there any problem running these on a stock rim?

It is an appropriate size for the sport 19x9s, it's a very common upgrade. Do you have 225/50-19 fronts or 245/45-19?

Unless it's a trick of the lens, the tire in the photo doesn't look wide enough to have a 275-mm section width. Are you sure they're 275?

Yeah, my camera wouldn't make it look ad wide as it is. Yes they're 275's

Yes, front is 245/40 and rear is 275/35. So I guess they ordered this option. That's cool. Not cheap... but cool nonetheless
