First ever snow tire set - help selecting.

Hello guys,

I recently moved from miami, florida to north Andover, Massachusetts (Boston area) with my rwd g37 sedan.
This will be my first winter here and first ever snow driving experience. After reading some reviews and advices, I bought used duckfeet 18s. I believe 225 50/18 is the best option for tire size.
That said, when i was searching for best prices for blizzak ws80s, i came across lm-32 special on tirerack.
Ws80s will cost me $671 after rebate.
Lm-32 will cost me $446 after rebate!!
What should i do?

i bought Blizzaks for many years, but ended up with Pirelli Ice Zero's for the G because they were $100 cheaper per tire than Blizzaks. no complaints.

if you've never driven in snow, go find a large empty parking lot when it does snow, and practice braking and turning (drifting).

I would go with the ws 80s, the Lm-32 is a "performance" winter tire. ...in my experience performance winter tires just tend to not be that great in ice and snow and have poor tread-life

I would recommend these, they absolutely dominate in the snow, tread life is good, and price is fair:
