Anyone with a square setup on Staggered Rims?

So I am looking to buy new tires next week. I am thinking of going with 245/45/18 all around. I expect to get the Falken FK453, now I can choose either the 225 f 245 r or go 245 all the way around.

One tire store told me that having the 245 on the front could be adverse to the handling, which I don't believe.

My current fronts have had some rub on quick left and right turns, which I think means either my suspension pieces need to be updated or the alignment is off enough to perhaps cause that. Probably both.

I have been told that the 245 will fit the front wheels. I believe I was told that the rear wheels will fit the front. I could later buy a set of Rear wheels later so that the wheels are the same width.

I wondered if anyone has run a square setup on the staggered rims and if there was any adverse effect having the front rims on the back. I don't plan on rotating often, but want the option.

Sorry if I have asked this before.

What wheel sizes are you running for the above post?

Just the std duckfeet. I haven't changed wheels, might just stay with them for a while.

I know that Ryne is using a square setup, but has he actually rotated his wheels?
