What's the best place to get "duckfeet" 18" wheels?

Found an online source at super cheap but wanted over $150 shipping on the wheels. Anybody know of the best deal currently? There is a set on ebay for $550 currently. Anything better than that?

The real question is why would anyone willingly want to buy those wheels?

BionicG35 Apr 24, 2017 11:25 AM

I'm in Dayton. I may be interested in selling mine. Gotta get some funds up for a replacement set though.

Well they are a quality-built Enkei, and they clear the big sport calipers, will use factory center caps, don't require hub ring adapters, won't need new lug nuts, and they aren't 17s

Exactly--and if I can get brand new w/no curb rash at super cheap, I'm in. Besides, De gustibus non est disputandum

Curb rash? Tires? How much? I have AWD, so I wanted the 4 fronts.

Good luck getting all four fronts, maybe you could find a way to have some swapping going on so two full sets of fronts & back become available but would be a chore.

Might also look at getting coupe 19s, at least the stagger isn't too great and you could still run 245s all around for your AWD.

You can also run staggered 18s on your AWD if you get the OEM duckfeet and run 225/50/18 front 255/45/18 rear OR 245/45 rear, but the 255 rears are better since they wear faster and your diameter will get closer to the fronts over time. Over time the 245s in back are already shorter, so the diameter difference will get worse over time.

 can't argue with that.

and also, they're not 20"+ boat anchors (no offense to anyone in particular...I really don't care which wheels you have on your car) :icon38:
