Looking for a good square set up....Offset question

The wheel I am looking at has two size options I am considering.

19x9 32 offset

19x8.5 20 offset

If I do the math correctly, wouldn't both of these wheels be the SAME flush wise/poke-wise?.....the only difference would be that on wheel would be 1/2 inch wider....am I right on this assumption?

If so I would get the 19x9 so I would have a little more meat on the road.

Would this be a good square setup? I don't think this would poke at all? Should be almost flush?

I am AWD Sedan and will be doing Swift springs soon.

Also...what size tire? 245/40? Could I go wider than that?

Thanks

Lots of views...but no replies.

Does that mean I should go staggered? I am AWD...is rotating less necessary on a AWD?

You're mixing up so many things, square setup is more tire width related rather than offset.

What exactly do you want to achieve?

19x9 32 offset would have the same "flushness" as
19x8.5 26 offset

Well...I am asking about both (tire width and offset)

What I am trying to achieve is to reduce the wheel gap as much as possible while using only Swift springs, and aftermarket wheels to do this.

This is my daily driver.

I do not want coilovers.

I know the Swifts will only close the gap a little bit....so I am trying to figure out what size (width) wheels to go with, and what offset to choose, that will help close a little more of the gap (in addition to the springs).

I don't want to poke out of the wheel well, but want to be as flush as I can without having rubbing issues.

I found a wheel that I like and it comes in both 19x9 (32 offset)....and 19x8.5 (20 offset)
If I do the math, they both should be the same (flush wise), right?.....just one wheel will be a tad wider.

Will both/either fit without issues? Do I need a different offset? Can I go wider (9.5 for front and rear)

Also what size tire would go well with those size wheels?.....245?...255?....other?

Where are the wheel/tire gurus out there haha

I am 2010 AWD sedan

Thanks
