hubcentric rings

I just wanted new rubber on my wheels and so far the tire shop has:

only been able to get three tires installed, one would not balance so another was ordered but not received? (common size for readily available tire)
broke a TPMS
lost 2 OEM valve caps
lost 1 Rays valve cap

they have also lost one hubcentric ring. does anyone know what size replacement I need?

The wheel is a Volk RE30 19X10 going on a 2011 "S" 4-door.

Are they 73mm outer diameter, and 66.1mm inner diameter and is it better to go aluminum or plastic?

Sucks about the shop losing parts. Hopefully you're not getting charged for their mistakes. No clue on the diameters, but I would go with aluminum rings. I had 2 plastic rings deform on my last car.

wtf kind of shop is this??
I would
1) demand they replace everything free of charge
2) get my **** and run

They don't have any hub rings nor do they know what size? They lose their customers' things and break them also? wow. I'm not in OH but I wouldn't touch that place with a 100 ft pole.

You still have 3 other rings right? Why not just measure what you have?

It's a Tires Plus store and they have offered to replace everything but the lack of competence is bothersome. I talked to then yesterday when they promised to have everything finished (still waiting on a call right now) and told them I would buy the last tire from TireRack and they could deduct the $350 or so from my bill. They told me they were getting it in that afternoon but apparently they didn't.

The gorilla rings typically have a size stamped on the inside/outside of the ring. I'd check that first.
