19 inch SSR Type C question.

Hey guy, i am eyeing on one of the eBay auction. SSR Type C 19 inch. Will they fit G37 Coupe? 19x8.5 et40 and 19x9.5 et38 Here is link to the auction from more-japan.com 7th Anniversary Auction

Not really. They will fit, but they will not be very "flush" with the fenders. You would need to use 15-20mm spacers to get them flush. With a 8.5"/9.5" combo on the coupe you would want offsets in the low 20's for a flush setup (not aggressive, but no rubbing or crazy negative camber either).

They would work better on a sedan, but would still need a 10mm spacer in the front.

What he said, you want offsets near +30 to sit flush with a G37.

If you're in love with that wheel Lou @ Amplified has a good price on em..

19x8.5? 19x9.5? Hell yes it will fit no problem and no issues. If I'd went 19s I'd make a 19x12 fit and FLUSH, just gotta do your math correctly

How about the Type F 18x8.5 +30 and 18x9.5 +35 on the auction as well?

Again, they will fit, but they will be pretty tucked in on a coupe. You would probably want to run 10mm+ spacers with those on a coupe. Those are actually great offsets for a sedan.... I was actually considering those wheels with those exact offsets for some track wheels for my sedan....

that IMO will look UGLY. Those sizes can fit Hondas, our G's wheel wells can take much more than that.

Mmmm type F hotness... although I like those Type Cs too

30ish offset is good. not aggressive or tucking..i guess you will need 40 profile for the rear and 45 fronts to cover the gap on a 18 inch wheel.
