Help! Low pressure light won't reset :banghead:
I noticed the low pressure light come on two days ago. I check the pressure in all tires and set them to 35psi per the manual. I followed the manuals instructions but the light will not go out. I called the dealer and they told me to use another tire gauge to check the pressure which I did, still no luck. Any one have any suggestions, I'm trying to avoid going back to the dealership if possible

the dealer may have to reset it.

I have the same problem but I will just wait until I go in for my first service does not really bother me

my g35 always had this problem with the first few days of cold weather. i always had to take it to the dealer for the fix.
|
I normally had to drive my G35 around for about 10 - 15 minutes and it would clear itself out. Did you try this?

I had this too at first cold weather. I "aired up" to 35 psi...manual says the light won't clear until the car has been driven up to 16 miles per hour (weird). I did this and the light went out. You have to drive it to clear it.

^^exactly. My recent trip to northern Maine triggered this light. I topped off air to all four tires and the light went away after driving around for a little bit. If it stays, on, there may be something else wrong.

Thanks guys for the replies. I have done everything you all mentioned. I am taking it to the dealer on Wednesday. Heck, its under warranty. :)

Hey UNV-IT46...take it back to the dealer.
On my second trip back to the dealer they discovered the right rear sensor was bad. Thanks for a warranty. |

BTW, do you have stock wheels? or did you swap wheels? if not then just drive it for a bit. if u do have new rubbers or rims, reset it. |
