I am looking to purchase some used kw v3 coilovers. The limited warranty does not transfer according to the vendor the guy bought it from.

A few weeks ago, someone had a set of kw v3s for sale and said that the warranty did transfer (it was a different vendor though). Is there any reason for this? Should I be worried about not having the warranty transfer to me if I buy used coilovers?
