So I Just wanted to give a quick review of my experience ordering wheels with need4speed motorsports (n4sm). I am by no means a professional reviewer so this will just be a brief summary of my experiences but I feel its just as important to call out good customer service experiences as it is the bad customer service experiences. So with that said let me tell you that it was a pleasure to do business with Alex and n4sm. After an extensive 2 month search for a specific wheel, tire, and offset combo, as well as talking to multiple wheel distributors and vendors, I finally settled on ordering from Alex at n4sm based on some of our conversations along with the unbeatable deal, and top notch customer service he guranteed! From the start he was very courteous and accommodating often going above and beyond my expectations to meet every detail I was looking for in my order. We ran into a few snags along the way, wheel shipment delays, wrong pitch on the wheel hardware, and tpms issues but every single step of the way Alex kept good communication with me and rectified every issue we ran into, again above and beyond what I would have expected!!! I will not hesitate to order again through Alex and n4sm as I truly value a good deal and great customer service!! Thank you again!!
