I had a great experience purchasing my coilovers from JM and they have awesome customer service.

My first interaction was when I asked them for a quote late in the night and by the next morning I had a PM waiting for me in my inbox. Their price was higher than their competitor but they had zero problems price matching.

Purchase: I made my purchase online with my price match coupon code and accidentally ordered the OEM Coilovers instead of the True Coilovers. I didn't notice until I receive a call from them asking me if my order was correct because last time I talked to them I wanted True Coils. They quickly change my order and sent my items to be shipped.


Shipping: Shipping took about 3 business days which is pretty fast for FREE shipping and my packaged came in without any damaged.
