Somebody needs to send a certified mail return receipt demand for a refund or for whatever part or service was paid for. As soon as you get your receipt back contact the jurisdictional LE agency and file charges for theft by deception or attempt to defraud. Warrants for arrest tend to get you that phone call. You all are being very nice about it , if you take my cash and don't do what you said you would then I consider it as you stole from me.

I'm in AZ as well as the shop my car is at. The owner has a friend in Cali willing to pay them a visit in person possibly today. Doubt it will help though given their track record.

The longer you wait the less viable a case you have. "Threats" of civil action mean bupkis to a well structured corporation. You can file suit and win all day but if my money is right you won't get a dime. On the flip side a man will chew off a finger to keep his hand. By that I mean that you guys need to establish a legally solid trail of evidence showing that you paid for services you didn't receive, attempted to communicate and were denied explanation and the return of funds. If your funds are kept after you demand return it shows intent to defraud. Phone calls and emails are a step above heresay. A certified mail slip is a hard acknowledgement. Go for criminal charges and even if the case goes to crap his deposit can be used in a civil case where its only what a reasonable person would think.

No update on my end. The visit in person did not work out as planned unfortunately. 
Still getting the run around from Sam. When asked to send the part back they've told us its on the bench being worked on..
Were calling every day multiple times at this point.
Solidus ill be taking your advise and sending them a certified letter demanding a return and a refund. Keep you guys posted.

What about the Bureau of Better Business? Or contact your states Attorney Generals Office. I contacted the Attorneys Generals office because a huge insurance company wasn't paying me for an auto accident or returning my calls. Next day 9:30am, had a call from a very apologetic rep from the insurance company & then again later that day they called again to tell me the check was sent out.
Also, talked to Fast Intentions...if you're willing to wait 2yrs, they will be coming out with a TT kit for the G37. I think they said they are working on it now, it's in the R&D phase & in my own opinion, may be less than 2yrs

I gave up....My rental car bill for almost two months was $1500 and paid another $620 for the shop fees to take off and install the vb! Im so flippin pissed!!! But at the end of the day, Im happy for having my car back.
