Interesting, never heard of Boosted performance before. Looks like they make kits for the 370. Shouldn't be TOO much extra trouble to make a kit for a G37.

Ya it wasn't fun waiting for that long, I kinda forgot about it at some point haha, it wasn't a pleasant experience... but now I'm super happy with it kit installed.

Just saying waiting for a "couple months" is nothing comparing to some others...

Yeah, I waited for my GTM TT kit as well. Waited for much longer than expected/told.

The Turbo kit is somewhat of a lead time. These transmission parts are supposed to be a couple of day turnaround (but I guess not). Let's hope for good news ASAP.

Doesn't make it right though, especially coming from the most "experienced" company in the VQ world. If you were promised a 22 month lead time and it took 24, that's fine. If you were promised a 2 month leadtime and it took 24, then it is far from.

The lead time I was informed was 3~4 months, "as modifications needs to be made to fix the awd"

I am currently in an almost identical situation as TC. I worked with the shop i take my car too to align the stars and give GTM proper notice as well as payment in full ahead of time for the valve body upgrade. My G has been at the shop since the 3rd. I had a rental for two weeks, finally turning it in last Friday because of the cost. I cant begin to tell you the ridiculous customer service GTM has. From the beginning we were assured it would 3 to 4 days max turn around. Here I am weeks later with out my G yet. We were told it was to ship back in the next couple of days again. Plan is to ask for the valve body back and a full refund if that does not happen. Wish me good luck right?

First and last time i use GTM. Unfortunate our community has only GTM to rely on for the valve body upgrade at this time. And if i would have known that GTM doesn't know what it means to offer a service to a customer, i would have never thrown them the part or money.

The most hilarious thing is, after submitting the order and checking in a few days later, we were told that we could not be given a time frame and it may be weeks out from being completed. Reading this thread here, it seems like months is more accurate. The shop my car is at has gone to bat for me which is nice but doesn't change the fact of this ridiculous situation. I doubt they ever do business again with GTM as well.

Called yesterday and told once again, "wrapping up the order in a couple of days". Valvebody and torque convertor done (hopefully). Let's hope for good news soon.

I really feel bad for you guys. I heard these same stories on the Titan forum about GTM's service. Has anyone contacted Level10 for the VB and Andre at Edge Racing for the Converter ? He did a 3400 stall on my Titan converter and had good service and communication. Dollars to donuts he kept the one VB and used it as a core unless the screwed it up drilling for the springs and didn't want to pay for making the mistake.

Good luck to the folks that are still waiting, but you'll get your stuff... eventually.

Called again........

Same B.S. from Sam............

"It should be ready to go. Let me call you with an hour. Are you preaching to me regarding my actions that I feel I didnt do anything wrong?!" "Since you did a chargeback with you credit card company, for me to proceed, I need you to send me a wire transfer".

Guys do NOT send a wire. If you do, youd lose your rights to file a claim to get your money back unless you go to court.
