Orderinfinitiparts.com
Not sure if this is the place to post this but I placed an order for two parts from orderinfinitiparts.com last month. They said it was backordered until they recently shipped it last week. I bought the rear parcel shelf and the OEM spoiler. They only sent me the shelf.
The spoiler costs me almost 500 dollars. Anyone had any bad experiences with them? Their communication is very slow too.

This isn't answering the question but maybe it can help...
I Can't say I have had a bad experience with Orderinfinitiparts.com, but I was told by the dealership when I asked about buying an OEM rear spoiler that no one in the country has them and that there weren't any going to be coming in.

I've ordered from them once and had no problems at all. What it sounds like to me is that the part you ordered is still back-ordered. That is very common with OEM spoilers. Perhaps their communication can be better, but they can't ship you what they don't have. Seems to me your choices are to 1) wait or 2) get a refund for the part that's back-ordered and do without it if you don't like them keeping your money until it comes in.
Back ordered parts are one of the unfortunate realities of modding cars.

Appreciate the responses. However, they marked both items as shipped in order status. I also tried calling their toll free number but no one ever picks up. They even messaged me saying everything is in stock.

No, lol I did actually mean 'thank you' because that other guy offered no value whatsoever and I was going to tell him to read what I posted.
No offense taken. I am actually a guy. Princess is my pledge name .
I managed to work things out with them so it should be OK now. Thanks for the help.
