Avoid DDM Tuning - Poor Communication, Inferior Products

Just a word of advice to all; avoid dealings with DDM Tuning if you can. My ordering experience was awful with them. They took forever to ship my four sets of bulbs, one of the sets flickered out of the box, and they didn't even send me the colors I ordered.

My emails to their customer service department have gone unanswered, and I finally decided to open a Paypal dispute. Their response was to escalate to a Paypal claim, in order to avoid communicating with me and end the dispute quickly. But since Paypal cannot investigate into the quality of goods (just shipping), the case was closed without a resolution.

I am so frustrated with these people right now that they have sixty of my hard-earned dollars and have sent me the wrong products, yet refuse to correct their mistake. I am never going to buy from them again because of this.

Sucks to hear. I've ordered through them plenty of times in the past and never had an issue. Going on 2 years with their 5K bulbs with out a problem.

I'm with Wake. That sucks man, I have ordered 3 sets of bulbs from them and have never had a problem and have spoken with them on the phone multiple times.

But again, sorry to hear, that really sucks man. At least it was only $60 and not something big though

Have you tried actually calling them in person instead of email? I have heard of people getting better results with them that way.

To be honest, I don't want them replaced anymore. I just want my money back. And calling them isn't gonna make that happen.

I sent them an email earlier about posting this thread. We'll see what they say now that their reputation is at stake.

Why wouldn't calling get your money back? I would definitely call them before emailing. If you speak to someone you know for sure they are aware of your problem.

You could call and ask for a refund...

Yea I would definitely call before making threads. If that fails, then you can slam them in a review.

I have 6K bulbs from them with no problems so far (2 years). Still sucks to hear your story, sorry about your troubles and hopefully you get everything sorted out with them.
