'13 G37 Belt Squeal/Squeak with ticking during cold start

I posted this question in the wrong section of the forum last time and wanted too see if I could get some more answers.
I started experiencing a squeaking noise on cold starts, especially now with the weather in the 20s in the morning. It doesn't stop/change when I turn on/off the AC. Any ideas of what it could be? Belt seems like it is in good shape but the car has 60k and I dont know if it has been changed before or not, the noise is noticeable when driving with the window open where the sound can resonate off of other cars on the road and it becomes pretty much silent when the car warms up.

Probably due for a belt/tensioner change at 60K. Could also be a bearing starting to go on one of the other pulleys.

Thank you.

I personally have never used it, but I work in a parts store and have sold it a few times. Could you explain why to not use it? Pure curiosity
