I have judder in my 2010 G37x

I just recently purchased a 2010 G37x with only 18k on it. I LOVE THE CAR.

I do get brake judder at high speeds but usually after I've been driving for 15+ minutes. I imagine it's due to warped rotors. I had the dealer check the issue and they said the rotors were fine. I get the car back and low and behold I still have high speed judder.

So what should be my next step?
1) The TRB doesn't seem to apply to my 2010 model year.
2) The car has had an easy life so why do they rotors need to be turned a 18k? Seems odd to me.

Note: I don't drive my car hard and most miles I do are highway.

Thanks

I'm having a similar issue. I just picked up my 2010 g37 sedan last week with 19k on the odometer. I just picked up the Elite care thanks to this forum too. Thinking about taking it in soon.

I had the same issue. Brake judder after few braking's at high speeds.
Luck's like the brake rotors are unequal expanding when heating up. the inner face of brake rotor is ticker then the outer face.
I solved the problem by replacing the rotors with aftermarket one's. I install Centric rotors and no problem since then.

I too installed Centric performance rotors and have had no issues since. I got tired of talking to the Dealer staff. They know what this problem is they just don't want to keep working on it for us because it takes more time than the money they get from Infiniti is worth. Infiniti needs to source better parts. It's a real disappointment with our cars. I also had some Altima's ...same issue. Nissan/Infiniti doesn't seem to know how to buy or spec brakes properly.

Had both done on our 09 G37S sedan and it came back. Not acceptable for the sport brakes! Almost time for the rear brakes I'm thinking of going aftermarket rotors like power slot etc.

I read somewhere a lot judder can be caused from the uneven mounting surface of the rotor on the hub. Look into it before installing your rotors.

Who makes a good slotted rotor for the G37S that will out perform the OEM rotors that keep warping?

Anybody replaced their Sport brake rotors and pads with this Stoptech kit? I am tired of the brake rotor warpage/vibration.

Golly, I alwys thought brake shudder was part and parcel of car ownership. Every vehicle I've owned in my 40-year driving history has developed brake shudder. That just meant it was time to cut the rotors and drums. I'm happy Infiniti is holding y'alls hands but I'll take care of my brakes, thanks.

I bought this kit and so far seems to have fixed the issue. I caught it on sale on Cyber Monday for $389.75.

Is there a way I can search for TSBs that apply to my car? I'd like to get the number and a print out of the actual TSB?

I've got brake judder on my 2010 and I'm unclear as to whether the TSB for brake judder applies to my car. If so, I need to get in to the dealer.
