Hello:

I am having the issue with the RPMS dropping when stoping...... I know a lot of posts on this and cleaning TB might help... but is there a TSB for this on an 08 coupe? I have an appointment at the dealership for something else on tuesday and would love to get this taken care of to... if possible.

Thanks again... I just dropped it off at the dealership ... under warranty so will keep you posted on what they do

Just to update on this… it was a carbon build up on the throttle bodies… they did a cleaning and problem fixed and the car runs great! They also ordered me a new seat bottom for the “bubble but” issue <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

ITB11-018 - ENGINE HESITATION OR STOPS RUNNING AT IDLE OR VERY LOW SPEEDS

APPLIED VEHICLES: 2007 – 2008 G35 Sedan (V36) 2007 G35 Coupe (CV35)
2008 EX35 (J50)
IF YOU CONFIRM
The customer reports any of the following:
• Engine hesitation at idle or very low speeds,
and/or
• Engine speed drops lower than expected when decelerating or coming to a stop,
and/or
• Engine stops running at idle or very low vehicle speeds (parking lot maneuvers), but can be restarted.

SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Connect CONSULT III (C-III) to the vehicle to begin the reprogramming procedure
