Secondly, is there grounds for a replacement if my only problem is unusual engine sounds, because my engine oil levels are fine, but i still have very unusual engine sounds.
My VIN falls in the affected numbers

I should add i'm still in the 6 year power train warranty, I pray that this problem falls under this warranty ?

i too am curious about this. My 09 already had the engine swapped out and now i am noticing the same problem all over again...
