Does anyone else know about this? I still cant believe they wont fix mine... "only before 12,000 miles" will be covered by this bulletin??? wtf! Mine started making noise after 10,000 miles and they didnt do ****. Now they are telling me nuthing can be done??? I am F'ing pissed!
I would fight it since it doesnt say it in the tsb. They should have made notes in your file that they can pull up too. I still complain about my battery and they have notes of each time that I brought it in for the battery.
Haha I also thought I was the only one with the brake squeal, I took it in and they replaced the pads for free and then it started again a week later but its WAY quieter now. Just a little squeak once in a while.

dont you have a sport model? isnt the tsb for non-sport models?
