Just throwing this out there but have you tried to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs regarding this issue.

Never the less, I got 20k miles out of the. Seems to be a typical mileage on Coupe b4 new tires are needed.

If you had all of your required services performed at the dealer including the required tire rotations they should honor your claim?
As others have mentioned ask to speak to the service manager and then the dealer General Manager if necessary.
If you did not have all of your required maintenance services including tire rotations done at the dealer and have no proof that these services including alignments were completed in a timely manner you may be in a s#ithole and be required to pay for new tires and an alignment?

Writing a bad review if you failed to keep your end of a contract might leave you open to slander and a counter suit filed by the dealer attorney for damages of lost business requiring you to hire your own attorney?
If you lose the case you might be required to pay for the dealers attorney as well as your own?
Be careful what you wish for.
Leasing a vehicle is full of s#itholes which is why I have never leased a vehicle.

Good luck

^^Tire rotation argument would only be valid if the OP has a square set up. No rotations involved with staggered tire sizes. Left to right doesn't really count.

But what about alignments when tires show abnormal wear?
Tires can still be rotated left to right on the same axle & I believe it does count when trying to state your case for free tire replacements
Op doesn't mention all of the facts nor have we seen the fine print of that agreement that dealer offered with that lease.

Imo that tire wear looks good besides the inner part. All other parts wore normally and requires changing regardless of Wat the inner wear looks like . Imo u waited a little long . Ur beyond the less than 2/32 wear replacement rule

sounds like a s***hole dealership

OE tires can't be rotated, and tread wear averages 10-15K

Again. Reading comprehension.

The dealer said they would contact me after the tires arrives. The 1st visit after they looked at the tires and 3 times when I called them.

They are just ignoring me. They already agreed verbally to get me the tires. This was repeated 4 times.

Have it on tape or in writing? It's sad what customer service has become these days.

I will call again tomorrow and record it. Should have done that lont time ago. Sad that customers have to retort to this. Don't they record all calls anyways? I wonder if I take them to court if I csn get them to pull all the calls.

Oh look what I found. Not the 1st time they did this!
