That's what I did, I got the one I wanted...sort of, I wanted black but settled for grey, but I found a 2010 (it was 2013 when I bought it) with 50,000 miles for about 22,500. I called them up, talked to them, ran a carfax and auto check, had a local dealer run the VIN to see if there was anything that voided the warranty or unusual service records. Called the dealership, up, left a 500 refundable deposit, flew down from MA, checked out the car and drove it up later that day, was home 27hrs later with my new car and couldn't be happier.

If you're willing to travel to pick it up. I would try Autotrader, put in any distance as your search are and get it from either an Infiniti dealer or at least a major car brand dealer (ie Ford, Honda, Kia, Chevy) that way they have someone to answer to, not a used car lot.
