I am doing my friend a favor and posting her G on here either for sale or to takeover her lease. She is moving to Colorado and needs to sell to by something all wheel drive for the snow

Its a 2010 Black/wheat G37 journey sedan. It has 13,500 miles on it. The car is in great shape. She is looking to either sell it for $29,500.00 or have someone takeover her lease. She is willing to pay the lease transfer fee and offer an incentive to bring the monthly payment from 430 a month to 399.00 a month. There are 22 months left and around 25k miles left on the lease
