Houston INSPECTION

hey guys, well my cars registration is expired i need to get my inspection done on my 08 g37s coupe i have no muffler or resonator does anyone know a place around Houston who can help me out pleaseeee

I don't think there is a visual inspection for Harris county, just the OBD2 query. Anybody should do it.
