I'm close to Houston. I'd go check it out. Except I don't need an intake. That's probably beat to hell and missing parts. And I want to remain unrobbed. And unraped. And don't want to have someone follow me home to case my house and steal parts off my car next week.

Other than that, it's probably a great deal.

Well just wanted to share what might be a great deal. I've made many purchases on craigslist and am still here to tell of them. But when you are talking about a place as rough as Houston I guess ya never know.

But back on the original topic, OP says he has had good luck with Craigslist. I think that most people (including me) have had much the opposite experience. I've had one experience as a buyer and one as a seller and both were bad. I just presume you have to be lucky to find a good deal that is what it appears to be. Maybe I'm just too cynical.

If anyone is interested and picks this up, please report on how the transaction went and the condition of the intake seeing as they used a stock picture and not an actual photo of the item. Seems shady as hell to me. I'd be interested to wee how it turns out.

Ah, it also mentions that he wants the OEM intake + 100 dollars. I'd guess that anyone switching to this system still has their OEM intake, so that wouldn't be an issue.

I guess if one Were to list a rape option on craigslist then I suppose "coding" it as an Intake is one way to go
