Cause your a NOOB. But seriously, you have to have a certian amount of posts and been a member for a while before you can post in classifieds. Helps to keep scammers away. What is it your trying to sell?

The posting requirements in the Marketplace have been recently changed. The new requirements are to be a member for at least 45 days AND have at least 100 posts. This was implemented as an added measure to reduce scammers on the forum.
