Thanks for opening this thread! I'm still on the lookout for a 6MT G37 sedan, if you know someone in the general Southern California area who's getting ready to move on from their car.

Sites like autotrader let you do really granular searches. I'd start there.
INFINITI G Models Sedans for Sale in Imperial Beach, CA 91932 - Autotrader
Problem with the site is garbage in, garbage out. Those that list many of these don't seem the know the difference between a manual and automatic...

Thanks, JSolo. I've got a slew (literally 25 tabs worth) of saved searches (Autotrader, Cars.com, Cargurus.com, carsforsale.com, Craigslist, local dealerships) I check every night.
Like you mentioned, 9/10 of the "manual" transmission G37s are automatics. A common reason, I think, is any car with paddle shifters gets marked as a 6MT by ignorant listers, or "selectable automatic" means "manual transmission" in their minds. I've noticed that many of the cars listed as manual that aren't manuals stay on the listing aggregate sites for much longer than their properly listed brethren. Not sure if that's sheerly anecdotal, but it behooves the lister to put up an accurate listing. Ugh.
The worst I've seen was one 6MT sedan on CL was listed as automatic! Madness, sheer and utter madness.
The very small number of new 6MT sedan listings that have come up since I started looking in late March are either rebuilt titles, have 120K+ miles, or are so underwater they can't sell their car (asking $24-$28K for a car worth $19K to a bank executing a loan and $17K KBB/NADA book value).
