Stillen sway bars and IPL front Splitter
 

I have a set of used stillen sway bars for a G37. This is a set for the front and rear. Comes with the new mounts as pictured. Asking SOLD picked up in Charlotte. Stillen's site list the sway bars as fitting:
Nissan 370Z [Z34] / Infiniti G37, G35, Q40, Q60 Sedan

Also have an Aluminum Front splitter from Aerosplitters. This will fit all IPL bumpers. I have the trim that goes around the edges. Splitter is brand new, pic shows the plastic wrapping still on it (hence why it looks beat up). Asking $75 picked up in Charlotte.
