Is the width 4" as in 18x4? These were on a sedan with the Akebono brakes? how much would shipping be to 11003?

PM me when you're back we can work it out. My Q50 has no spare, and I ditched the oem runflats. I've gotten 3 flats within 4 months so driving on thin ice.
