O2 sensors have 45k on them, z1 hfc have 10k.

Made some good power with this. (NEVER got cel but got tune at same time)
$320 shipped with out oxygen sensors, $370 shipped with oxygen sensors . (I'm located in Athens Georgia 30606)

Shipped for 320 without oxygen sensors 370 with them. They are fairly nice oem
