Stupidly inappropriate Shelby GT350 modded to GT4 spec, using the Shelby GT350R-C IMSA racing version as inspiration.

The IMSA GT350R-C is built off the road spec GT350-R Shelby Mustang, while this featured GT4 spec machine is built off the GT350 Shelby Mustang.

More racing/Hill Climb modified Fords. Not sure what the exact specs are, but these cars have more than obviously endured some serious psychological trauma to be running the track this mean. I also smell turbos.

Ford RS200, 920BHP. Very low, very sharp. Loudest anti-lag pop ever; love that intercooler setup on the front.

The Ford RS200 was only released for Ford Europe, and not the USDM. It is a mid-engine, Four Wheel Drive car, and is powered by a 2.1 L straight 4 in its highest trim. Why not release to USDM? will it not sell? Looks fantastic to me.

That dude giggling from the sheer enjoyment of this car's performance is awesome.

700 HP Ford Escort, with that speed, and most probable weight cutting, it's going to need that wing to keep it on the road. Henry Ford originally designed these to stay on the road, not fly through the air.

Fords are probably the "JDM's" of Europe lol. Somewhere in Europe: "USDM as f*ck bro." Lol

Here's the symbol that signifies a JDM build,

In the USA displaying this symbol shows that the car build is JDM as possible. In Japan, however, this symbol is required by law to be displayed on a new licensed driver for at least a year. It indicates a new driver basically. Same symbol, different meanings.

There is more than one Evo in the racing world, a couple of them being the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo's (Evolutions) and the Ford RS200 Evo (Evolution), ironically both these Evo's have strong rally car heritage.

The Ford RS200 public road car was built solely because Ford wanted to enter Group B rally cross at a time when rally car racing was just beginning and attracting many manufactuerers.

Two hundred RS200's were built by Ford and sold to the public in Europe, so Ford could enter into Group B rally car racing. 24 of these 200 were top spec 2.1 L mid-engine, turbocharged, and 4WD vehicles. It is these 2.1 L turbo charged variants that were called the "Evolution" of the base 1.8 L turbo version, with further improvements in brakes and suspension. Being one of the several mid-engine group B cars, and one of the two group B cars to have a mid-engine production version as well, the RS200 also had a double wishbone suspension with twin dampers on each wheel, this made it the best handling Group B car among its peers like the AUDI Quattro, PEUGEOT T16 (Gr. B mid-engine; production version front engine), and Lancia S4 (Gr. B mid-engine; production version front engine) group B cars. The AUDI Quattro was front engine in both its luxury coupe road spec and Group B rally spec versions.

The Evo RS200's are extremely, extremey rare with only 24 units, the RS200 itself is very rare with Evo + base units at a total of only 200 units. The base 1.8L turbo RS200 made from 350 to 550 HP, while the Evo (also called E or E2 version) made at minimum 550HP to 850HP, utilizing a single garret turbo charger from the factory. Nowadays, RS200 versions, for Group CN-Hill Climb Racing, make as much as 900-1,000 HP.

The Ford RS200 participated in one of the most dangerous and competitive racing periods of its time, the Group B, with cars being blasted with turbo for maximum Horsepower, manufacturers putting out their best in racing tech, suspensions, cutting weight, making vehicles mid-engine if possible to increase handling, but the competition was just so great, that many Group B cars, including the RS200, were simply deemed just "too fast to race," with racers driving exceedingly aggressively and pushing these cars to their racing limits, and manufacturers making these cars lighter and more powerful with each iteration, as a result these Group B cars eventually led to many accidents and therefore deaths, from where FIA had no choice but to disband Group B racing altogether in 1986. Just too fast to race.

Today, after many iterations, Group B is survived by Group R rally cross racing, with respective horsepower limitations put on by the FIA.

Group B rally: When too much of a good thing is deadly.

Ford RS200 Evo (Evolution E/E2):

Modded factory original RS200 Evo. Looks to be the same one shared in the previous video, this time with a new racing livery displaying the sponsors.

1 of 24 factory original RS200 Evo's. Obviously stock 2.1 L bored and stroked to 2.3L, perhaps larger turbo, rebuilt for 920 HP, and custom aero. It looks much lower compared to stock, indicating key suspension updates and changes.

Hill climb, group CN spec R32 Skyline. Someone in the comments described it as sounding like a fighter jet with asthma...pretty accurate.

Group CN-Hill Climb spec Ferrari 550GT. Powered by a V12 engine. Someone quickly check under its hood. I think there is a swarm of mutated, giant killer hornets under there. It sure sounds like it.

Another Hill Climb Warrior: Ferrari F355, 520 HP

Wow it's an FC3S built for Hill Climb, using turbo triple Rotor. Amazing. Eat your heart out Initial D Takahashi brother.

"N-Nani??" -Ryosuke Takahashi, Red Suns Team Leader, pilots the FC3S Savannah Rx-7, 2-seater coupe. Initial D anime. Pretty sure his FC3S isn't a turbo Triple Rotor, but he does drive one of the rarer Infini version FC3S Rx-7's which are the more racing purpose factory versions.

Absolutely beautiful!! I love the aero, suspension mod low center of gravity stance for better on road traction, what appear to be low weight racing wheels. Just perfect look and setup.

Convert powertrain to GT-R spec or GT-T spec; keep the chassis as is for a luxury sport custom Skyline build (GT-T or GT-R lux/sport build similar to the Q60/50 Silver Sport and Red Sport models, as well as the M spec R34 Skyline GT-R which comes factory with leather seats and interior), or add further mods to enhance racing performance and build a road going racing sport version.

A Z33 350Z powered by a Maserati V8, an S13 powered by a turbo VQ35 engine, and the same turbo RS 200 Evo with a straight 4 mentioned earlier.

Loving that S13's VQ tuning! Looks so lively and responsive. I am assuming since all 3 vehicles are wearing Monster Energy liveries, that they were the ones who sponsored these builds.
