Help - car won't start
 

Newbie just gifted an 09 g37 sedan. She suddenly wont start and bith key lights are on as well as the cooling fan comes on immediately. Battery tested good and full charge. Also obd scanner will no longer sync although it did fine before. Any ideas folks?

Leave car batt unhooked while you procure and install fresh key fob batteries.
be 100% sure car battery is fully charged and load tested before hooking it back up and try again.
Also check if the scanner you are using need's a battery or is powered through the obd plug.
IF it still won't start, follow whatever procedure is laid out in the factory service manual

thanks for the reply. Baterry tested and 100%. Obd is powered through the port. Brand new batteries in the fobs as well. Checked those volts too. Ill look into the fsm tomorrow and look into the bcm voltages too. I tried to upload a short vid but that did not work. Will look into linking off google files.
