New here in Norfolk, VA
Hello everyone, new 2008 G37s owner here in Norfolk, VA. Got the car in August 2018 and have been getting great information from this forum, thank you all for the posts. Car is stock at the moment but I will be doing some minor mods in the near future, after I get all the nagging issues fixed.
I'm excited to join the community and thank you, again, for all of the help so far.

Thanks, yea I'm excited. The car has been great, I'm coming from a 94 LS Integra so it's a big difference, still trying to get used to it.
The car runs great and has 102K miles on it, the biggest issue is water coming in through the driver and passenger door just above the tweeters so water is all inside of both doors and it leaks on the floor. Pretty sure the sunroof drain leaks too, but I've seen lots of DIY's on that, doesn't seem to difficult.
Also the driver seat has a broken bracket underneath so it's a little shaky while driving. Hopefully soon I'll have the time to take the seat out and really look into it.
Other than that just small things like the rear cupholder will not stay closed, scratches all over the trim especially the door handles, a small chip in the windshield, the front grill is all scratched up and needs a good painting, the headlights need to be restored, and the aluminum "Infinity" strip in the passenger door jam is loose and bent out of shape.
Really just worried about the water and driver seat, the rest will be easy once I have some time to get into it. Any ideas are more than welcome!

I recommend having a 2nd person help remove the seat, it's a heavy beeyatch. Infiniti dealer only used one one my car and that guy left several scratches in the door jamb paint and gouged a couple of plastic trim pieces around the door. Dealer wouldn't make good on the paint and only replaced the two of the four trim pieces. I never went back to that place.

Actually yes. Noticed it more recently. Anyone else with this problem? I haven't taken a look at it, still working on a good driver seat fix, and sunroof drain/tweeter water leaks.
